How to tell heating is not working
- stains and grease do not wash out even on a hot programme;
- 15–20 minutes into a 60° wash the door glass is still cold;
- the programme takes longer than usual or stops;
- the display shows a heating or temperature error.
What you can check yourself
- make sure a temperature is selected and not a cold-water or low-temperature eco mode;
- if the machine trips the breaker when heating starts, do not switch it back on — unplug it and message us.
Possible causes
- a burnt-out or scaled-up heating element;
- a temperature sensor sending a wrong value to the module;
- a relay on the module or a broken wire;
- the water level sensor: if the module "thinks" there is no water, it will not switch heating on.
