What you can check yourself
- a new or moved machine: have the transit bolts on the back panel been removed?
- level: the machine should stand evenly on all four feet and not rock;
- floor: vibration is stronger on a soft or uneven floor;
- load: a single heavy item or too little laundry causes imbalance.
If those are fine
- worn shock absorbers or a broken spring;
- a loose or broken counterweight;
- worn bearings — the drum wobbles and increases the vibration.

They reduce vibration but do not fix an absorber or bearing problem. If the vibration suddenly got worse, it is better to check the cause.
