If you smell gas
Do not switch lights or appliances on or off and do not light a flame. Close the gas valve under the boiler, open the windows, leave the flat and call 112 from outside. Boiler repair comes only after that.

- pressure drops or, on the contrary, rises too high;
- heating works but there is no hot water (or the other way round);
- the boiler is noisy, hums or "kettles";

- look at the gauge: a cold system usually shows 1–2 bar;
- check that the boiler is plugged in and the gas valve is open;
- reset the boiler once with the "Reset" button if the manual describes it. If the error returns, do not repeat it.
