What to look out for
Note at which stage the machine stops — it points to the cause:
- while filling — water supply, inlet valve or level sensor;
- early in the wash, for a long time — heating (element or sensor);
- while draining — filter, pump or hose;
- on the spin — imbalance, motor or brushes;
- randomly at different stages — the module or connections.
What you can check yourself
- clean the filter and check the hoses;
- redistribute the laundry if the machine stops on the spin;
